Although, Casanova plans on staying in the Mayoral position in Monroe, NC for 2 terms (or 4 years); she plans on developing a 10-year plan that will help lower inflation, by cutting unnecessary spending and lowering the City of Monroe's debt. 

Casanova will spend the necessary funds, where needed, to maintain a striving, growing community. She believes that there is a such thing as good spending and growth. And while, Casanova will analyse these avenues to maintain, establish, improve and/or utilize during unexpected situations; Casanova will implement real solutions, while keeping gas prices, taxes, and grocery prices low; keeping more money in Monroe, NC citizen's pockets.

Other ways to lower inflation are plentiful. One avenue Casanova wants to explore is sustaining the wellness, health and engagement of our Monroe, NC Senior Community. With this, Casanova plans to lower the cost of living for Social Security recipients. 

Casanova will promise that she will make job availability a continued priority to the City of Monroe, NC. As well as, open opportunities and ways to increase our community's revenue to raise our economy.

Casanova loves education and it is the future of existence and exploration. Education starts as early as a child that can hold onto memory in his/her mother's womb, recognizing his/her parents voices, hearing music being played, hearing stories being read and the occasional belly rubs.

It takes the responsibility and the support of a child's parent to be trained and educated to guide his/her child through learning, safety, stability and growth.

Casanova wants to continue to maintain early learning and engagement from the parents, making them aware of 1st time parent childbirth and baby care maternity classes; how to install a baby's car seat correctly; availability to daycare, elementary school learning to high school, on the job training, trade school training and long-term college degrees.

Casanova wants to maintain great teachers; maintain high satisfactory results from their students; and for education to be the forefront of Monroe, NC's community in the future. Casanova plans on establishing this by:

(1) Focusing on the 2 schools in Union County, NC: Wingate University and South Piedmont College; and creating 4+ year degrees to make these schools into future universities.

(2) Making sure our local citizens are able to get the proper training s/he needs to stay and work in Monroe, NC through these 2 future universities.

(3) Casanova wants every school in Monroe, NC to, evidently, provide mandatory STEM classes and electives.  She believes every future Monroe, NC child should have the basic knowledge of updated science, technology, engineering (critical thinking) and mathematics. This will give Monroe, NC and it's residents an advantage in giving back to the future of space exploration.

Which leads to the 4th point:

(4) Casanova wants Monroe, NC to build a NASA Medical Research Center and work with NASA on classified projects, focusing on the pharmaceutical sector. 

This will not only bring revenue to our community but, hopefully, the City of Monroe, NC will also be recognized as one of the medical pioneers to Space Exploration in the nation and the world.

With the USA being: a top leader and top ally, asset and "Melting Pot" to the world; it's easy to continue our positive progressive working system that continues to give available Americans access to opportunities that one may not see elsewhere in the world.

Casanova supports POSITIVE AND LEGAL immigration laws and programs that promotes protection to assylum seekers, as well as, opportunity for foreigners to attend school, have work permits, travel and explore while deciding to reside here, in the land of the free, and make the USA his/her forever home.

Currently, there is a Border Crisis that multiple sanctuary cities have reported that they are pass the breaking point, due to receiving more migrants that their immigration systems can handle. Seeking more government financing and trying to house the migrants, as quickly as possible, into available abandoned hotels and other areas, hoping to expedite the migrants' work permits and food assistance eligibility, to get them contributing back to the "Sanctuary Cities' " economy.

Even though the City is Monroe, NC is not a Sanctuary City, Casanova recognizes this current issue is a crisis, and are focusing on preventative measures to help lighten the nation's load in this sector, while taking care of the community of Monroe, NC first.

Artificial Intelligence (AI), also known as robots, has became an important source for delivery, manufacturing, warehouse pick packing, mobile phone assistant, vehicle GPS tracker and assistant and now human interaction.

Technology is the glue that makes AI functional, and for us to be able to reach solutions of communication beyond what we can dream of.

With technology and innovation, comes AI, Space Exploration and all things possible with trials. Space Exploration has no limits and Casanova plans on giving back to NASA, by creating a NASA Medical Research Center that will use technology and innovation to create medical devices made for space and astronauts; and manufacture pharmaceutical products for space force purposes.
